Adoption Prediction

There were rumors that China was going to shut down their adoptions the month of August because of the Olympics. While I was thankful that they didn't, they did however only match 2 days worth of LIDs this month.
Here is the update from China Adoption Forecast:

China has 39 days of dossiers to be processed before they get to your dossier. China currently processes about 5 days of dossiers each month.

Our best guess: 2009-03-01

Since China generally sends out referrals in a batch about once per month, your referral date could easily vary +/- one month depending on whether you just get included or just get missed in a particular batch.
