Alec loves to make bets for fun…especially when he thinks he’s going to win! When we got home, we started playing HORSE. When playing this timeless basketball game, we try and find unusual, goofy things to do so that when we make the basket, we get to laugh at our opponent trying the same thing! Being inspired by a recent “You Tube” video of a bunch of guys making impossible baskets, we decided to try it ourselves.
We would throw the basketball against the brick on the house, and try to get in the basket. This…was not easy. We both tried several times, and finally I (being the older, more mature one) got a little cocky, somewhat mouthy, and swish in the basket it went! Alec was so shocked at his mom’s mad ballin’ skills, that he just couldn’t get upset that he didn’t do it first! Although he did not give up until he finally made it!
The”Loser” had to make dessert! SO here is Alec attempting to make a Cherry Pie. Mrs. Smiths - frozen of course! Ahhhh sweet victory!
