Every July 5th we wake up early and hit all the firework stands in hopes of finding a good amount of discounted fireworks, then we call our friends and neighbors, have them bring their lawn chairs, and we host a BBQ at our house in the evening, where the boys show off all their pyro skills! We are so glad Kevin and Shannon and the boys could join us this year! Here is a picture of Ken’s brother Kevin and our nephews +Alec after their buying spree. I think they got several hundred dollars worth for only about 100.00!!! It turned out to be quite a show…even the chicken that smoked out of it’s behind was a hit!!!
